Pixel Art · Canvas API · Web Audio
A story-driven HTML5 pixel art game built entirely from scratch — no engine, no libraries. Six chapters, 30 collectible sparks, and an ending that asks one question.

Local Business Site
A clean, fast, mobile-first website for a local business in Olongapo. Currently in development.

Godot Game
A 2D game built in Godot Engine — currently learning the engine. First proper game outside of plain HTML canvas.

Picked up HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Started building things from scratch to understand how the web actually works.
Began experimenting with Canvas API and game logic. Learned C++ and started understanding lower-level programming concepts.
Created a full 6-chapter HTML5 pixel art game from scratch — custom engine, dialogue system, Web Audio, WebGL effects, and a save system. 3400+ lines of vanilla JavaScript.
Designed and developed an interactive website with a Three.js liquid distortion shader, WebGL particles, and custom CSS effects. First project using GLSL shaders.
Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Starting to take on freelance web projects — especially for local businesses in Luzon
The game he built genuinely surprised me. I didn't think something like that could run in a browser. The storytelling, the effects, the music — it all felt complete.
He coded a whole interactive website as a love letter. Bro is not normal. The shaders, the animations — I've never seen anything like it from someone our age.
I asked for a simple landing page and he came back with something that looked like it was made by a studio. Clean, fast, and my customers keep complimenting it.
Watched him go from zero to shipping a full game in under a year. The drive is real. If you need someone who actually finishes things, it's him.
Real quotes from people who've seen the work.
I wanted to make a pixel art RPG in the browser — but without Unity, Phaser, or any game engine. Everything had to be written from scratch: rendering, input, collision, dialogue, audio, save states.
No libraries. The renderer uses a double-buffered Canvas 2D context. Audio uses the Web Audio API with layered tracks per scene. The ending screen runs a custom GLSL shader via WebGL.
Six story chapters with individual maps, NPC dialogue trees, a collectible spark system, chapter-select screen, and a local-storage save system that persists progress across sessions.
Deployed on Netlify. Playable in any modern browser with no install. The project proved I could architect a non-trivial system from scratch — and that the browser is more powerful than most people think.
Available for freelance projects — websites, interactive experiences, landing pages, and more. Based in Olongapo, Philippines.
